Terms of Service
Last updated: May 10, 2026
These Terms govern your use of CourseMind. By creating an account, signing in, uploading materials, generating AI content, or purchasing credits or subscriptions, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use CourseMind. You are responsible for your account, sign-in method, invite code use, and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or use another user's account.
2. CourseMind services
CourseMind provides course organization, file upload, AI analysis, study guides, quizzes, flashcards, AI tutor chat, final review tools, credits, subscriptions, and related features.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, legal compliance, cost control, or product development.
3. Your content and license to operate the service
You keep ownership of materials you upload and content you create, subject to any rights held by your school, professor, publisher, employer, or other third party.
You grant CourseMind a limited license to host, store, copy, parse, transform, transmit, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service, generate study outputs, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your materials.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use CourseMind to upload illegal, infringing, harmful, private, confidential, or unauthorized materials; distribute exam leaks; violate academic integrity rules; attack or overload the service; reverse engineer protected systems; scrape non-public data; or bypass credits, rate limits, subscriptions, or security controls.
You may not use AI outputs as a substitute for your own judgment, required coursework, professional advice, or source verification.
5. AI outputs
AI-generated explanations, quizzes, guides, flashcards, and chat answers are provided for study support only. They may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your course.
You are responsible for checking AI outputs against course materials, instructor requirements, and applicable rules before relying on them.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Some actions consume credits or require a paid plan. Credit estimates shown in the interface are estimates; backend checks determine final eligibility and charging.
Subscriptions, plan changes, cancellations, manual administrator grants, and credit purchases are subject to the Refund & Subscription Policy.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe your use creates security, legal, payment, abuse, or platform risk, or violates these Terms.
You may stop using CourseMind at any time and may contact us about account deletion or data requests.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
CourseMind is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI accuracy, preservation of every file, or that the service will meet every academic requirement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CourseMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as CourseMind changes. Questions can be sent to 1269159357@qq.com.
