Refund & Subscription Policy

Last updated: May 10, 2026

This policy explains how CourseMind handles subscriptions, credits, cancellations, duplicate charges, technical failures, and refund requests.

1. Credits and subscriptions

CourseMind may offer free credits, monthly plan credits, bonus credits, one-time credit purchases, and paid subscriptions. Credits are a limited license to use CourseMind features and have no cash value unless required by law.

Credit costs may vary by feature, file size, model tier, analysis depth, visual processing, and plan coverage.

2. Subscription billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout unless cancelled. If a payment provider customer portal is available, you can manage cancellation there; manually granted plans must be changed by contacting support.

Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, access to paid plan benefits continues until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for duplicate charges, accidental duplicate purchases, provider errors, or serious technical failures that prevent reasonable use of the paid feature.

We generally do not refund consumed credits, completed AI generations, expired promotional credits, manual administrator grants, or subscriptions after substantial use, unless required by law.

4. Failed AI generations and credits

When CourseMind can reliably detect that a billable AI operation failed before producing usable output, the system may avoid charging, settle the actual cost, or refund credits according to the backend billing logic.

If you believe credits were charged incorrectly, contact support with the account email, approximate time, feature used, and affected material or job.

5. Abuse, policy violations, and chargebacks

Refunds may be denied for accounts involved in abuse, fraud, academic-integrity violations, payment disputes, unauthorized resale, attempts to bypass credit controls, or violation of the Terms of Service.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account limits while the dispute is investigated.

6. How to request help

For billing help, cancellation questions, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact 1269159357@qq.com. Include your account email, order or subscription details if available, and a short explanation.
